The Lesser Era
50ar-100ar (After/Before Religion)
As Aiken gazed over his papers, his mind wandered. What could it have been like to be General Quisotic desperately escaping with his life from the vengeful Gojoseon nation? The Gojoseon nation certainly had been very keen on destroying all of the general’s Ginjay, desperate to remove this embarrassment from its memory. One thing Aiken could be certain that it would have been more exciting than his current homework assignment. He was having to do a History essay on the era 50ar-100ar . So far he had scribbled notes on all the nations he could come across. Religions were popping up everywhere, and nations continued to expand. There was some obvious stagnation as populations boomed without the prerequisite technological advances to support it. Below are some of the few “highlights“
The great leader Rengoton leads his nation of Rengoir expand, both physically and also with its trade links. The new city of Zeng also helps support the growing populace.
The Ainu people begin a system of terraced rice planting that will allows the Ainu to greatly increase the amount of arable land used for farming. It allows villages to farm up into the mountains and not just farm in the valleys.
The Ainu people then expanded across the entire island, first was a group led by Shakusan himself. It marched into the Northern region of Hokkaido. The warriors proceeded to isolate tribes one at a time forcing them to submit to Shakusan's rule. The army was careful not to be seen and will used scouts to ensure no one escaped to warn the other tribes of the region. Resistance was lower as any tribes that agree to submit to Shakusan voluntarily were allowed to live almost exactly the same as before, merely their taxes went to the Ainu king instead, and the warriors in these tribes were recruited up into the larger kings army. Any that don't surrender peacefully were captured. The warrior bands surrounded the rival tribes and attacked as a united forced once given the signal. Only those that take up arms against the invading forces were punished, everyone else was be left alone and warrior guilty of raping the women was punished with death. Once the warriors of the tribe were defeated the Chief was made to swear loyalty to the king, getting the same deal as everyone else.
In Panchala, traditional beliefs are beginning to coalesce into [wiki]Brahmanism[/wiki]. Temples are to be built, and a semblance of order will spread through the faith. Through investment it becomes apparent crop rotation will allow their farmers to increase the output of their land. Should they choose to they can trade this technology with other nations. There is some investment from the Bangla nation which in time could see economic benefits to both nations.
The Maori also have successfully researched crop rotation, and send out missionarys establishing the Niggeru religion in several nations. Quite what the religion of Niggeru means is hazy, but it certainly involves a lot of dancing.
Aiken had found considerable texts from the nation of Odene, and from these he had the most detailed recording of events for during this time period:
The new king of Mobandika trains an elite guard to protect his new court. A ceasefire is negotiated with the Dekta nation and an open trade agreement is undertaken
The Beijing nation helps Gojoseon to destroy Ginjay by sending many warrior bands. The Gojoseon nation is proud to have won this victory, though slightly vexed that General Quisotic managed to escape. They destroy everything to do with the Ginjay nation in their path, burn their villages, seize their crops, etc. Basically obliterating their existence.
In Beijing, when the first emperor of ceases to be, it is planned he will have a grand tomb with an army to guide him to the other side. This wonder will take much investment to complete but will see the genesis of the Ancestralism religion?
Queen Elia orders easterly expansion of the Mongolian nation. Her scouts seek out a small township to the far east, and the cultural strength of the nation pays off ~ the township pledges itself to the Mongols! The new city that is built draws many nomads to settle down.
Ubura’s fleet is completed. This provides a major boost for the nation and they confidently expand.
Aiken looked over his notes again, damn this was going to be hard to turn into a coherent essay!

Aiken had found considerable texts from the nation of Odene, and from these he had the most detailed recording of events for during this time period:
History:
Following the death of the old war hero Oses in 38BR, the aggressive expansion increased with the appointment of the not-as-capable warlord Makle shortly after. His brilliance regarding tactics was overshadowed by his ignorance inability to subjugated the various native tribes into an coherent Empire. This resulted in several minor tribal wars, delaying the Odene expansion.
Cultural Events
The Rivers culture officially ceased to exist in this period. Appearantly the high demand for Odene supplies made the Rivers people speak more Odene, walk in Odene clothing, draw Odene art or the likes. Especially the popular stone statues popped up in several small tribal towns under the Avil's rule, and most people cared more and more about being Odene. Ultimately, the Rivers people only had a Rivers word for Odene culture, but lacked a word for Rivers culture.
Dynastical Events
Riamt died a peaceful death, just as his predecessor Gepo. His rule had been different, yet strangely prosperous compared to the old Avil's rule. There were no glorious celebration of Riamt's death though, the nation had just been through a bad harvest, thanks to the bloody monsoon, and the nation simply couldn't afford a feast of that calibre again. His younger brother, Jakol, was given the throne shortly after his death. The 15-years-old Ievt of Iria (Riamt's only son) was decided too young to rule yet.
[From 51 After Religion to 61 After Religion]
Events
The decision to pass the power to Jakol was a terrible thing to do. His first attempt to rule gloriously like the previous Avils was to put way too much money into the pottery industry, believe it or not. Although pot art flourished, the economy crackled for a few years, but the problems disintegrated very luckily - The pottery was sold through trade, and almost no profit was lost. However, due to an angry coalition of nobles the Avil resigned and placed the then only 25-years-old man Ievt Malok as the new Avil.

Industrial Events
Ievt Malok decided that the Odene Empire lacked economical capacity. The nearby nations was growing extremely fast, and if he didn't do anything about it, Odene would be an easy target, well, even for Panchala. He eyed at the ancient used mines and declared that the Odene metal processing should be way better.
In the capital, he selected several sites for the Odene forgers and blacksmiths. There, they should be able to process their metals easier, creating an ancient, yet primitive, industrial park.
Also, he attempted to import some horses from Bactria to easen the transport of metals from the mines to the cities.
Cultural Events
Although the Terrace of Jiiahmaya had been delayed for several years, Ievt Malok did not want it to stay unfinished. He instituted several workers to continue the construction of the glorious monument.
Dynastical Events
57 years old, Ievt of Iria died from a terrible illness, yet not to be defined in the medical science. The ancient traditions of the glorious burials were lost with Riamt, so Ievt was simply buried below the palace floor. His oldest son, Utseppe, was chosen as the new Avil.
[From 93 After Religion to 130 After Religion]
Cultural Events
The developing of the Alphabet went terribly slow - with the Rivers people gone, the polytheistic Odene priests began developing slightly more focused teaching. The common faith had now a more national coverage than the loose use of paganism that was practiced before. Then focusing on discussing internally which of the Jiiahmaya's words were true, the priests merely halted in their actual artistic continuation instead of progressing with the development.
Infrastructural Events
Roads. Utseppe wanted roads. He wanted to entangle the nation in a road system, helping the army to move
and especially improving the industry. The distances in the Odene Empire were as extreme as never before, as the expansion a century ago completely subjugated the Rivers culture.
And with that, Utseppe builded the roads. Organizing the workers, he focused on the lesser populated areas to the south of the triple cities in Odenes.
Military Events
To renew the army, the great Avil Utseppe trained more soldiers to the Odene military.
The new king of Mobandika trains an elite guard to protect his new court. A ceasefire is negotiated with the Dekta nation and an open trade agreement is undertaken
