It's 11:58am and I am still in Peckham with a headache, plus I don't know where any of you are, so I'll not try to find you :crazyeye:

I would like to meet the other students of London Uni. some time, though..

Bah! Poorest timing ever - just yesterday afternoon I was showing symptoms of a horrible head cold. It didn't help that Mise, Davo, Davo's gf, my bf and I went out last night and didn't get to bed till 4am. I was definately in no state to go anywhere today so I have stayed in

As far as I know, most people were late this morning. Noncon and Furiey had passed each other cos they didn't recognise each other at the Starbucks. By about 1.30pm, everyone had arrived and they went for lunch...

UK CFC meet up went good! We met at starbucks (ram got lost), then we went to a pub, then to lunch, then to a pub, then to dinner, then to a pub, and then we all went home! It was good fun, great laugh, great people!

Just got back - OK I should have checked the members picture thread before I went, but we found each other eventually!

That'll have to do for tonight, I'll upload more tomorrow (well later today anyway). This was our lunch stop.

This is of course all complete lies. We actually met up, went to a brothel (shortly after that shot was taken) and taught Whomp all about 'European Integration'. :groucho:

Jokes of course, jokes. It happened much as Mise indicates but it was filled with all kinds of chatter and laughter. Very engrossing stuff. I felt a little bad that we did not go to see any great cultural sites, for the benefit of those who don't live in London. But it seemed the tourists were not interested in that. It was very good to see everyone (Furiey I hadn't even met on the boards) and it was confirmed to me that CFC attracts intelligent, polite, chatty people!

I'm going to correct the list of who is in the shot if you don't mind Mise.

@ noncon: Yes, we never got round to spit roasting the Trafalgar Square lions or sitting on Nelson's face (not that this would have been possible).

I guess now we have to start planning one for the New Year in 2006, so that all those sickos and lame-os can make it.

Well there was the statue in the Indian Restuarant that would have made an interesting picture, however I was the one with the camera so was safe....
