EDIT: Landing force has landed on two tiles: N and SW from Cartagena.
The situation does seem quite resolved, but I doubt Lanz can gather the remaining VPs super fast and who knows, maybe Jureil will mix things up. And I doubt Britain has conceded yet, he might have some tricks up his sleeve still and the VP difference is rather small.
I have quite strong army as well (and Austria probably too), but I must admit that the point difference is probably too big to catch up for us.

Did I miss an easy opportunity to capture 20 guns?!
But it's all proceeding according to plan... My Cavalry as well as my allies were not yet ready, so why take unecessary risks.
15.000 points is still a long way to go, anything can happen in that time. The game may be over now for Spain (btw: a brave attempt to alter the course of the game, considering the desolated state of Spain after the British invasion
), but for most of the others it's still fun, I would say. (And I know Hawklord is a tough old boot... )
