TeaTime is a company that is all about advancing technology to the next generations. They aren't game makers rather hardware makers at hearth. With many ideals still being in their diapers TeaTime plans to explode into society with new technologies developed especially for the common people rather then coming out of militaristic technologies.

"Hello I'm Mallory Mijangos, and I'm here today to talk to Justin Bay, CEO of Avalon Games. Hello Justin."
"Hello Mallory"
"Now, Justin, how do you think your first quater as a games-making business went?"
"Umm, I think it went very well. Uh, I mean coming second out of two isn't the best thing, but we're selling."
"Your game didn't do as well with the critics, did it?"
"Ehh, no. It didn't did it? <laughter> But the only other home entertainment game out there is also a good game. I'd say buy both. They are both about beating up Communists. I think that, uh, many reviewers disagreed with that. <chuckles>"
"So, what's coming up for Avalon Games?"
"We have a few ideas floating around the offices. I can't reveal them, as we have no idea whether they'll go to the development team. But I think they'll be pretty cool."
"Well, thank you very much Justin. This has been Mallory Mijangos, back to you Simon in the studio."

I mean when you scan the horizon, there will be a button for that during sniper missions. Scan and shoot. (Horizon has 2 layers.)

I still need orders from LightFang, Luckymoose, ~Darkening~, Charles Li, germanicus12, and Captain2. Get them in ASAP.

Early_testing-Menu_of_Up_To_down.PNG

Early testing Model. After which the Graphics are improved in looks but not in Technology. The enemy/your troops are color coded to importance. This is a pause Menu with a minimap but still some features missing. I think it is really bad but the game will have better, so who cares? (I certainly do! I took me 30 Minuets.)

Will have my orders sent soon.

But should I fail to send them tonight, for some unknown reason. :mischief:

Spend 1 EP on business Stimulation.

Because i want to compliment a person's timely updates. Most NES updates take a long time, and they aren't scheduled. You say you will update, then extend the deadline. Same goes for Abaddon and mrpwn3r. Not so sure about honzas. But this is spam, I am taking this to the While We Wait thread.

News For Each Region

North America
While half way around the world, the competition finally launched with a bang, TIRC Inc. didn't feel threatened at all in their home territory. More and more people that had been previously unsure about the stability of the game industry bought into the system. Things were looking good. Streams of good games were being released every few months, unlike in the past where tons of horrible games were released weekly. Games were continuing to sell well, instead of sitting on shelves. It genially looked like the industry might make a full recovery.

The Box continued to sell in North America, nearly selling out in some locations. Game sales continued to do well also due to the continued selling of Commie Wars and Silent Service. Silent Service continued to be the best selling game on The Box, selling well even for the fact that it been released months ago. (+1 Fan base Size for Mann Entertainment).

Mann Entertainment also attempted improve the skill of their employees by teaching them advanced processes, but only limited improvement has been seen so far.

Zabriskie Entertainment released both City Simulation and Business Simulation and both sold well. However, City Simulation outsold Business Simulation despite the fact that City Simulation was a HiGrax exclusive. This was also reflected in the review scores as well; people just had much more fun running their own city than creating a business. Many fans are hoping that eventually City Simulation will have a sequel that utilizes more graphics than plain old text boxes. (+1 Fan Support)

Kingdom Inc. released the HiGrax in North America and it sold well. Not many units were shipped though, so the total number of HiGraxes in North America only numbers around 30,000.

Not everything was good news though. Game Techs Inc. just pretty much fell apart, while Crooked Lane Studios was suffering from serious mismanagement. Many of these developers are looking at possibly trying to find jobs at other game studios.

Europe
Both The Box and the HiGrax pretty much sold out in Europe, but considering how many units were shipped that’s not saying much. Many gamers are eagerly awaiting the next shipments of consoles so they can join in on the fun. Unlike North America and Japan, neither console has a great lead in Europe.

Illusion Development, however, thought that momentum would be swinging to the side of The Box, so their previously HiGrax exclusive racing game has now become a Box exclusive. They also began advertising of said game, with advertising in magazines and in stores. Many have become very hyped for the game.

Avalon Games invested in trying to improve the capabilities of their employees, and they succeeded. (+1 Employee Skill)

Japan
Japan was had been waiting for the release of the HiGrax ever since it was first announced, and now they finally got a chance to play with it. Within a week of its launch the HiGrax was completely sold out in Japan. The console was greatly helped by the fact that the system launched with five games available for it. Astronimas, which was included with every HiGrax turned out to be a big hit as well. (+1 Fan Size)

GawShang released From Up to Down, a HiGrax exclusive strategy game. It sold well, especially in Japan.

The Box's sales picked up a bit, but it was almost completely overshadowed by the HiGrax in Japan. Some Japanese are looking forward to the release of Mann Entertainment's Crystal Chronicles though.

OOC: Sorry for being a day late. Stats will be updated as soon as I get the chance

Orders are due Saturday.

Game Name: Silent Service 2: Leviathan's Oath
Game Type: Stealth Shooter
Consoles: The Box
Brief Description: The sequel to the original Silent Service with more improvements in both graphics and controls as well as additional items and more complex storyline. In order to improve the stealth aspect of the game, player can interact with more of the environment to carry out their mission with minimal firepower but maximum stealth. There are also stealth meter, to keep track of the stealthiness of the character, and various mini-games (simple puzzles) to pick-locks, hack computers, etc.

Plot: After the successful execution of the mission, our unnamed protagonist, became a legend among his ranks. However, one day, he receives a phone call from a stranger, who tells him that his daughter has been captured by the USSR agents and if he wants to see her again, he must bring a random. When he arrives at the location, he is knocked out. As he regains consciousness, he wakes up to find that he was locked up in some kind of a prison. Now, he must escape and return. After his initial escape from his cell, he finds that his daughter was never kidnapped but it was only a ruse to capture him. Later on, he finds that he is confined in a Soviet Naval Base in Cuba, and as he wanders the complex, he learns that USSR is making another, bigger, badder, ballistic submarine, named Leviathan, to wage war on USA. Soon after listening in, he is captured by the guards and sent to torture chamber, where he meets his arch-enemy: Captain Yuri Petrov. He tells the protagonist that USA has disavowed his existence and is saying that his mission in the original Silent Service never happened. Petrov wanted to make the protagonist feel betrayed and defect to Soviet, but our hero persists in serving his country till the end even though his country has disavowed him. Petrov throws him back into his cell, but the protagonist meets a stranged masked figure who calls himself The Man. The Man tells the protagonist that he must escape now and destroy Leviathan to save millions of lives, not only in America but all those in the world, because Petrov has gone renegade and wants to establish his own empire on Cuba, betraying the USSR, and The Man, designer of Leviathan, will not let it happen. After his second release, the protagonist faces many challenges throughout the base, and finally makes it into the Leviathan itself, just before it launched, by hiding inside a hollowed out torpedo. After many challenges within the submarine, the protagonist finally destroys Leviathan by sabotaging its ballast valve. As the giant submarine sinks into the ocean floor, Petrov and the protagonist escape, although separately, to see each other another day.
