I find this to be really funny, although based on an old joke anyway:

Pretty sure the joke was that someone who is "really high" tends to come up with uncommon analogies 
I suspect it has to do with mental connections providing the analogies often not being conscious to most people, and some drugs cause a release of those hidden connections. (not that i ever did any drugs)

Anywho, "graphics" and the pic seem to refer more to a gaming nerd then to someone doing drugs.Well the "graphics" pic is a different meme alltogether, nothing to do with the "ten guy" (or really high guy as the pic was named where i found it)
