Orders for newly created units?

So after playing the game for a couple of days, flipping through the manual, and reading a zillion threads on this forum, I still can't figure out if there is a way to order a city to send all its newly created units to another location.

I'm sure there must be, and my eyes are just glazed by the horrendous amounts of sleep I'm missing playing this game.

Anyone help out?
