How it works:
There are two threads for the BSE. This thread will be where people post offers to sell or buy stock. It will work like an index/registry. After an offer is posted it will be updated into the second post of this thread. That second post will contain all of the current buy and sell offers. When a buy offer meets a sell offer, BSE will conduct the sale transaction, update the offer index post and bill appropriately. BSE will also take care of the bank transaction and notifying the applicable company of a change in stock.
Partial offers will be filled. If you offer to purchase 10 shares of a certain stock and somebody offers to sell 4, BSE will get those 4 shares for you and adjust your buy offer to the remainder of 6 shares desired.
When there is a buy offer that is higher than the sell offer, the sell offer price will be used.
What can be traded here:
Stock from any public company or any corporation may be traded on the Bavarian Stock Exchange.
Required information:
Each sell or buy offer must contain the offer type (buy or sell), name of the company, the quantity of stock involved and the price per stock for the offer.
Example: Offer to purchase up to 10 shares of Equirias at up to 100g each.

What it costs:
It costs nothing to post offers. When a transaction is made there is a 5% fee applied to the buyer and seller based on the overall amount of the sale.
Example: Stock is traded amounting to 100g in value. The seller will receive 95g (100g - 5% fee). The buyer will pay 105g (100g + 5% fee). BSE makes profit with the 10g difference.
