multiplayer i have on name

I am playing multiplayer with a couple of friends and they said that i have no name. In the game lobby nothing is displayed, when in game i can't chat is doesn't show any text jus't an emty line and if they hover over my units it sais nothing not even a unit name the same thing happends with the notifications on the side of the screen if i build a great wonder for example it sais nothing not even the name of the wonder. I tried re installing civ 5 but it didn't work

I hope that someone can help me with this issue.
