Hi guys,
After buying the game, I spent the whole day trying to make a map and start where I set to. But it doesn't bloody work, either I miss something obvious, or this editor is pure crap.
So I generate map.
Then I go in edit plot and I place first player on a given tile
Then I go in scenario and set 4 players, 4 city states
Then I save as map
Now I go in game, set game option, load scenario. And I start randomly every time, not on the tile I set.
So I try also to place my first city in world builder. I place it, save. Then in game I start again with a settler and a warrior, again in random place.

had to click on "mods", not on maps, go figure...
