civ 5 need help in options

so im just again being complete noob in this game but no matter what i try i cannot find answer how to get those resource change options to the game. when i looked up in internet there was like TONS of options (how old planet was how warm planet was what resource option etc) but when i go to advanced set up all i see is shown in pic

can someone explain what and how i have to do to make them appear (and i just got the pack with every single dlc this game has had from steam so that should not be problem)

The earth map (which the screenshot is on), is NOT a script but is instead a fixed map, and so those options don't apply.

More generally, not all options are supported by every map script type.

then what maps are supported by those options?
