I imagined Norvalin to be arctic. Don't know why, and if it was, Norvalin would be an unproductive waste land...

Plenty of wars BTW, and I live right in the middle of a massive forest that you can't get out of sight from unless you drive to the ocean or the prairies or the arctic.

I wouldn't really say half updated. I noticed a few additions to the nation list along with an increase in New Veritas's army and population. It's just that the update things such as wars and etc hasn't been done yet.
