Install BUG Mod

Hello there,

I want to install this mod, but I'm completely new to mods etcetera.
I've tried to follow the steps in this thread: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=274636

I completed step 1-6, so I now have a map containing folders like 'CustomAssets', 'GameSetUpCheck', 'Info', etc.

But what do I do now?
Step 7 says to install it by using the Export command from within the TortoiseSVN context menu from inside Explorer.

Where do I find this 'Explorer'? Where do I find this 'Export command'?
