Runtime Error, and Civ4 warlords Crashes

Hi

I have a Nvidia 6200 graphics card with the latest drivers installed. When i play civ warlords, sometimes it crashes to desktop with a Runtime error message . And when i try to launch civ again, this message pops up:




Can anyone tell me why this happens?
