I have been playing civ V using Direct X 9 because the other one messes up the resource icons. But I'm having trouble with the wonder icons and the civilian management screens. They don't display properly and I can't move the screen to see the left sides of the cities while in the civilian management screen. Does anybody have any information on how I can make this more playable? I have a low end laptop.
