Green line on screen?

Just downloaded the game, and a thin green line travels up and down the screen. Is this a bug? How do I fix it?

You wouldn't happen to have two Geforce graphics cards in an SLI configuration? If so, there's an option in the drivers somewhere to show a green line on screen that shows which parts of the screen are rendered by each graphics card - that'd probably be it.
