Civilization V: Who/What Am I?

Noone have typed in the right answere.

First clue: You wont see me all that often

Second clue: If you .... a but with y you .... me
 
XCOM Squad? Idunno. I've only built them once for the achievement.

2 hard clues did not help it seams so time for a third one

3 clue: Fast, powerful and...

Should kind of tell what Im looking for but rember 2 other clues to, if you figure them out you will likely be able to find it:)
 
No to all, and I'll give the second clue now since we're just getting this off the ground again:
