Curious how others are experiencing things.
Personally I'm finding Science and Diplomacy still very strong. Diplomacy in particular, the AI just has no clue how to deal with still. The algorhithms are just awful. But thats old news.
Domination and Culture are the ones with the most changed. Personally I think they're both harder to get post patch which seems problematic since they were harder than the latter two pre patch as well (at least in my experience). Domination was pretty achievable pre-patch on prince or king, but beyond there it was pretty tough. I found culture alot slower and with less perks than Diplomacy and Science and I honestly don't feel like thats very different now. The new perks are only for if you are conquering and the new warmonger penalties are prohibitive of that.
