I tried to insert a custom .flc file for one of Buster's Uncle custom factions but it doesn't play and comes up the wrong color. IDK what I am doing wrong.

Since the first thing Petek (or anyone else) is going to ask you is to attach the files so that they can look at them, then I'd say do that now (i.e. the pcx, the txt, and the flc files).

That .flc is broke. Just don't use it - sorry.

Not yours for the princesses. I tried to make one of my own. I managed to switch it over to SMAX Pallete using your workaround so I will see how that works.
