progenitor quote about energy and money

Hi all,

I remember that in some diplomacy exchange in smax (Alpha Centauri Alien Crossfire) one of the 2 progenitor AI's would say something about the money-energy analogy of the human players ...

But somehow I can't seem to find that quote any more no matter what I try. Does anyone remember the quote?
