Are there any plans for someone to come up with an American Civil War mod?

There already is one in the game, so there probably won't be another one for a while yet.

In the game there's only American REVOLUTION, not CIVIL war!

Oh, btw, this is wrong forum also, because i don't see where i can download this American civil war scenario, 'cause this is for completed scenarios only!
