Hello, got one question about Japanese work boats.

Hello i have worked all my fishes with work boat and now i learned the samurai (steel technology) but my samurai does not replace the old work boats to new so i could get +1 culture. Any way to destroy old work boats?

Oh sorry i misunderstood, i thought that i can get another +1 culture to my fish boats.
