Set Maximum Frame-Rate?

Is it possible to set the maximum frame-rate in Civilisation V?

I'm running a system with integrated graphics so games run a lot better with an upper limit (plus I don't think a game like Civ needs more than 24-30 fps anyway) since it lets the CPU run faster overall.

Does anyone know about this? I tried sending in a support e-mail but the staff member who responded seemed to think Civ V now has a frame-rate limit but couldn't say for sure.

Can anyone confirm for certain? All I can find are threads of people struggling with high frame-rates eating up system resources, heating up GPUs etc.
