Is there a race of Dragons?

Sorry for the lame question but I just started playing FFH2 and this has been bugging me since I read a particular Reddit post.

He mentions enjoying numerous play styles including "rising to power as a race of dragons". Does anyone know what he means by that?

Edit: Nevermind... just realized that this is a ModMod that I haven't tried yet. Sorry!

to my knowledge, there's no races of dragons in any of the major FFH mods.
There are some races with a dragon hero in the base game ( Sheaim, Kuriotates, Illians)

There's a Cult of dragons originally in the base game, now only in some mods ( i think Magister is the only one at the moment, maybe Master of Mana)

Also there are Lizardmen Races in some mods ( Cualli,Mazatl in Fall Further and its offspring mods)


That's all i can think of right now
