Question about Piety - Mandate of heaven

I have a question regarding mandate of heaven as I noticed it sometimes does not work anymore after loading a savegame.

My first question is:

-what is the usual cost of a missionary in the industrial age?
-what is the usual cost of a great person that has never been bought/spawned before at industrial age?

From earlier games I had various great writers or artists cost 670 faith at industrial age with full piety, now it seems to always cost 1k faith at start of industrial age.

On normal speed, your first buy of any GP is 1000 faith. They are not discounted by Mandate of Heaven.

In the Industrial era on normal speed, Missionaries (as well as Inquisitors, Pagodas, Cathedrals, and Mosques) are 400 normally, 320 with Mandate of Heaven.

Was it always so? Because I was able to buy great persons at 670 before at Brave new world release

The cost of everything on Quick is 67% of the usual cost, or .. along those lines.

1000 is the standard cost, 670 is the quick cost.

Same as First Great Prophet on Quick founds at 134, and the next one at 201.

On Standard, I believe it is 200, and 300 for the next one.

Absolutely always. My hunch is that you were playing those games on quick, not normal.
