binkw32.dll

Hi

I receive a message that the game has encountered an error and had to close. When I go into the detail it references binkw32.dll. The error always occurs when starting a new game immediately after the "Age of Ice has ended" screen.

The game was working and now doesn't. I hadn't installed anything new to make it go pear shaped. I've tried taking the whole game off. original, BTS and FFH2 and all patches and putting them all back on again.

I also updated my graphics card drivers and the game worked the first time after and then reverted to the error message.

Hopefully someone much smarter than me can provide the answer...

does it only happen in FFH2 or also when you start a game without the mod?

Not sure what the etiquette is for the forum but I've fixed the problem myself - eventually. Thought I'd post how in case anyone else has the same issue.

To fix - make movie setting quality = 'medium' and ensure that anti-aliasing is 0.
