Need help

Hi guys, playing on Hard, i chose Poland this time and I'm aiming for a diplomatic victory, i already got the Patronage (4- one more to fill the set) and the Liberty (5) now you see Wroclaw in the pic? Ashurbanipal has captured it and i return it in few turns, however my spawn place is not really awesome only citrus and wales as luxury and no horses whatsoever and one iron mine, I've been giving out citrus to the world but none has a double luxury to trade so i trade for gold, and still i have probs with my production of gold, happiness as you can see sucks, the city states near me gives no luxury but Dyes which i already have from three different city states -_- the only cool city state is GENOA which is far away. napoleon just dropped a city next to me and i have no power to go to war, my economy will fall, I'm just on defense now and trying to build up my strength, one civ to discover and i can found world congress which I'm trying to, however i'm friend with lot of civs and my diplomacy is quite well, You see Aztecs and Assyria doesn't like me for dropping Wroclaw next to them, and napoleon is bit suspicious with all his troop movements and that noob city he just dropped near my capital -_-

You just went full patronage.
Never go full patronage.

yeah def shoulda opened tradition before patronage. I rarely take any policies in the patronage tree besides the opener until much later in the game (you dont have the money to maintain the allies now anyways so the bonuses from the policies are worthless). Tradition would have helped with both your gold and happiness situation. Although you are poland so going full patronage may actually be acceptable and useful later on if you can catch up in some more currently relevant policy tree

I get to fill at least 2 trees before ideologies. And that's with anything, not just poland.
Tradition gives free culture buildings and that's really matters. And why you go liberty when you have only 4 cities?
But your major flaw:

I don't see a single tradepost, and its 181 turn??

Start with either tradition (small four-city empires) or liberty (larger empires). Never anything other. Max the tree you're going for. After full tradition/liberty, pick those policies you need. If you're doing it right, you should be able to get two policy trees maxed before ideologies, even more if you are going for culture victory.
