Ok guys, this is my suggestion for Release 1:
Those are already implemented:

Rebuild of Missioning Natives
Abandoning Cities
Changes at Entering Peaks
Bargaining with Natives like in Original CivCol
Bonus-Ressources on Peaks configurable in CIV4BonusInfos.xml
Little Roundwise Income of Native Villages
Native Raids like in Original CivCol
Changes to Custom House
Natives and Treasures
Cannons in Citadel bombarding Enemies outside City
Musketmen firing from Stockades
Stirring Up of Natives by Missionaries
Savannah like in Original CivCol
Founding Fathers become available again when Nation is eliminated
These are in work:
Adding New Native Nations (Inuit, Hurons, ...)
Storms, Wind and other features on Ocean
No More Hidden Variables (Game Option)
Totem Pole and Sacrifcial Altar
Wild Animals
These are things I would start working on:
New DLL-Diplo Events with King
New DLL-Diplo Events with Natives
New DLL-Diplo Events with Europeans
Postponing Founding Fathers
Some more Diplomacy Trade Options

Explanation:
In Release 1 I would like to finish the features we have already started working on or are rather small considering effort.
Also I would like to have separate releases for our large topics (Economy, Inventions, Religions, Satisfaction, Changes to Military, ...) later on,
because these really have serious effects on balancing and need special care.
