Hello everybody,

Today I turned on steam and pressed the button to start Civilization V. In the short time period from where the game loads and the starting screen comes up, I saw the total time I had put on this game. 652 hours.

"Whoa. That's a lot!", I said to myself. But then I started thinking, "I wonder about everyone else - how many hours have they put into this game?".

And that's where we are as of now. How many hours have you guys put into this game?

1,142. I've had it since release day, and I don't really play much in the way of other games. Still more than I ought to have clocked up, though!

2314

Some of that is idle time due to multitasking. Most of it is insomnia.

When posting, I had exactly 750 hours

I've only had the game a few weeks and I'm already at 170 hours!

Played 40 hours the first week, it was like my second full time job lolz.

It's not uncommon for me to go ver 1,000 hours on some of my games but this game is probably going to be more like 2,000 when the dust settles.

780, day one purchaser.

This thread is a duplicate one.

Go there for the original.

I almost reached 3000 hours. I got the game since almost 2 years now.

How do you people find the time? I have a 160 hours right now.

285 for me.

680 hours for me.

Must admit i was shocked when i noticed . And i feel i'm not close to being bored with it yet , still really enjoying it.

Sometimes I have to leave my computer to do other stuff while ciV is running (not very many games where you can do that) and my Steam account says 230 hours but it's probably more like 190 or 200.

If clicking and waiting for the next turn wasn't part of it, I would probably only have like 60 hours.
