I am running Windows 8 (to my chagrin) but until recently I have had no problems with alt-tab. It functioned like any other program.
Now, when I use alt tab with Civ IV up, I cannot click on any other program or window I have open except to go back to Civ. The Civ window gets slightly smaller, but won't minimize either.
Does anybody know what is going on and have a solution for this? Thank you!
