hey guys. this a simple question, if there is a civilization that has built a wonder and i take that city will that wonder special abilities be mine?

Yes. As long as its effect happens all the time (i.e. bonus or ). One time effects (i.e. a free technology or a free great person) only benefit the builder.

Yes they will, unless its wonders like Great Library (free tech) or Porcelain Tower (free GS). You still get the science and research agreement boosts (PT) though.
