Files not found?

Hi
I have this problem when i try to start a new game (with civ 3 conquest): Files not found "sounds/build/a.wav" and the game closes automatically.
The strange thing is that it is the first game that I do... and it comes out only when i try to create a new game (if i load a preavious match, there aren't problems).
some help?

Are you running a mod or other customization? I can't even find an "a.wav" in my civ files.

If it is a mod, you could copy another wav file and rename it to the one missing. It would just not have the sound that was intended. Otherwise it may be the mod has an issue.

i don't use any mod, and it never said it to me... except today
