What if there's a Colonialism Expansion Pack?

I imagine it like this. When you establish a trade route with other civ's city (if you installed BNW), your political influence will go up, and the more trade route you establish with that particular city, the faster the political influence on that city will grow, unless you or the civ that you're targeting is in the Industrial era and forward. And once you got >50% political influence on that city, you can choose whether you want to take over that city (by doing the 'divide and rule' politics) or leave it alone. By taking over the city, however, could instantly spawn rebel units (nits like barbarians, but tougher and has the same techs as the civ you're targeting, also don't give you 'barbarian bonus') that will attack the city you just took over, and if you lose, the city will be back to its original owner. But as you take over the city, the owner civ wouldn't declare war for you, they'd just hate you.

If your cities are politically influenced by other civs, you can defend your city by making a "We Love King Day", thus greatly decreases their influences, building a wonder there, establish a trade route to it, or by spawning a "peace maker" unit to calm down the 'divide and rule' politics that grows there. But once you or other reached Industrial Era, the political influence mechanism wouldn't work.

Another feature is when you take over other cities, you will slowly accumulate cultural influence there, so if other civs take it over, your cultural influence on them will increase depends on how long you've ruled the city and how cultural you are. But then, you're influence on that city will also decrease the longer you left them to other civs.
Also, if you're ruling over some other civ's cities, you can give them independence, thus creating a new civ. You can pick one of the available civs (but not the civs that are already playing) and give them independence. You can also choose the capital city for them. And when you give them freedom, your influence on them will be instantly 'influental'. But you can only give independence if the cities you took over already in your hand for quite a long time.

If you destroyed a civ and you control all or most of their cities, you can liberate them and resurrect the civ, and likewise, your influence on them'd increase depending on how long you ruled them.

That's my imaginations about a new expansion pack. Feel free to add suggestions or anything you'd like to say.

Sorry if this kinda weird. I'm new to this forum.:)
