Bringing Civ5 elements together for a smoother experience

Foreword:
Bringing all game elements and victory conditions together by allowing only 1 victory condition, control of most cities.
This victory condition would favor the militaristic aspect of the game in its current state thus other game elements are changed in a way to increase their influence in the game earlier and more effective.


New and only victory condition: control 70/50% ( duel/huge) of the citie


Faith


Brothers And Sisters Of Faith:
Shared land border with civ of same religion leads to : +5happy in peactimes and -5happy in wartimes.

Shared land borders with civ of a different religion would have the contrary effect.

Diplomocy bonus/hits for causing happy/unhappy citizen.


Holy Wars/Crusade:
A civiliation who has inherited a religion has to join every war that the religion founder is involved in.This effects become obsolete when a civ has chooses an ideology.


Ideology
Once a civ chooses an ideology every other civ gets to choose an ideology in order determined by their amount of techs (from high to low)



World Congess/UN and city states


The civ with the highest voting power inherits all the voting power of the civs with less voting power but the same ideology.

World Leader now grants +100% strength to you combat units and +50% to theunits of civs that share your ideology. Also grants Happy bonus for you and happy malus for civs of other ideologies.

Citiy states

Required influence to ally a city states doubled.
Ally status is permanent and can only be changed by conquering and puppeting the capital of the civ the city state is allied to.
(A civ´s capital that has 1 or more allied city states can only be puppeted when conquered)


Tourism
Tourism gain has become more linear compared to its former exponential state making it more powerful from the start.

All tourism multipliers (civ/wonder/building/world games/etc..) replaced by fixed amounts of tourism.
These fixed amounts will be low compared to the former multipliers.

All tourism is multiplied by 3.


Spaceship

Once a spaceship has landed you can send another one into space.
Each landed spaceship lets you choose from a list of powerful rewards.



Following idea is a bigger change, but i would hope civ6 could go into that direction

War
In Wartime we change into warmode.

Warmode:

Units cannot manually attack cities anymore.

Units can:
- be stacked in cities

- move from city to city within a civ instantly

- units can attack any bordering city instantly upon the defender can decide its defender from the units within the city and the city defense itself

-naval units can instantly attack any city it has a waterline to

-open borders with a civ allows you to deploy your units in their cities to attack bordering cities of that city (if your units are deployed in a city of another civ that is about to be captured your units will defend that city)

-units fight each other to the death, the winner faces the next defender/attacker

-Bunkers now apply to military units too
