Civilization Request Thread

Here my ideas for a awesome new civ
1. Parthia.
Leader: Arshack I
Gameplay Focus: War
UA: "Rising Empire" - Parthians can conquer sities without losing citizens and gain 2X more gold whenever conquering a city. All Mountead units' maintenanse costs 25% less, and all Mounted units already had Sentry promotion.
UU: Parthian Horseman(Horseman) - had range attack(with 12 power) and +1 Movement, but costs 90 Production instead of 75.
UB: Nobles' Stable(Stable) - give +2 Gold and + 15 XP for all Mounted units.

Hey, TarcisioCM already did Parthia, available here.

I slightly changed my Devil Survivor 2 JP's civilization, with Yamato as a leader.
(UA) World of Merit - Generates :c5greatperson: Great People 25% 20% faster (except Great Prophet, Great General and Great Admiral). Great Generals grant bonus 10% strength to military units.
(UU) None
(UB) Diet Building (replaces Palace) - Grants +1 more :c5production: Production than usual. Grants 2 extra Engineer Slots.
Tokyo Sky Tower (replaces Broadcast Tower) - Aside from Broadcast Tower's Bonuses, also adds +50 HP and +5 +7 :c5strength: Strength to the city it is built in.

I kinda have SEMI-ready mod files, but they still need some polishing. Can somebody please finish them? https://www.dropbox.com/s/0l9v8x7ebqhv1tc/Yamato Hotsuin's JP's (v 1).civ5mod?dl=0

Welcome to the forums! Enjoy your stay. :goodjob:
You can edit and quote posts. Also, civilizations have to have a second unique.

Thanks! This is second civ that war already made. I'm so slow. :)
I also had some ideas for a two another civilizations: The Timurids(Tamerlan) and Sasanids(Khosrow I). Now I hope this civs was not completed yet. :D

Aside from what Urdnott said above, you can find a list of completed civs here.

Heres something I might personally do in the future:
Kingdom of Sarawak
James Brooke
UA: The White Rajah
Receive a free :c5culture: Social Policy from the Exploration Tree upon capturing a City, Units gain +1 :c5moves: Movement and a +25% :c5strength: Combat Bonus while stationed on a Trade Route.
UU: Sarawak Ranger (Riflemen)
Slightly weaker than the Unit it replaces, does not suffer from Movement Penalty in Jungle Terrain and receives +15% :c5strength: Combat Bonus in Coastal Terrain, is partially healed upon receiving Experience
UU: Jolly Bachelor-Class (Ironclad)
More expensive than the Unit it replaces, gains +33% :c5strength: Combat Bonus against Naval Units and starts off with Supply I and Supply II

Got an new idea:

The United States of America
Leader: George Washington
Capital: Washington D.C.

UA: Obesity is an Epidemic - Increases Growth rate by 100%. All land units have 1 movement.

UU: F-35 - Replaces Jet Fighter. Costs twice as much as the Jet Fighter, which it replaces.

UB: Starbucks - Replaces Colosseum. Increases :c5food: Food, :c5gold: Gold, and :c5production: Production by 10%.

Heres something I might personally do in the future:

Wow, that's a perfect design, especially with ExCE. I like that UU very much.
The supply II doesn't really exist, though... :p

I know I'm basically just sh:eek: posting now but designing this civ made me really want to play as them (like this thread will actually help me get there):

Taiwan
Leader: Koxinga
UA: Tungning Piracy
+1 :c5food: food from all sea resources. When capturing a city that was owned by a major Civilization with at least 10 less :c5happy: happiness than you or a city that may be liberated, Taiwan has the option to evacuate one :c5citizen: citizen per turn to your cities based upon the order of founding. Once all :c5citizen: citizens have been evacuated, the city is :c5razing: razed. Doing this incurs a steep diplomatic penalty with the city's owner before conquest. These moved citizens yield double :c5unhappy: unhappiness. (Note: if you evacuate a :c5capital: Capital, all :c5citizen: citizens are evacuated except for one, and the one-citizen city is returned to the pre-conquest owner).

UU: Fu-chuan Junk (Frigate)
More expensive :)c5production: 200 vs. :c5production: 185), but has more combat strenght :)c5strength: 30 vs. :c5strength: 25) and 1 extra :c5moves: movement point. +5% :c5production: production towards Fu-chuan Junks per declarations of friendship and coastal tiles adjacent to the city producing the Fu-chuan Junk.

UI: Siraya Village
+1 :c5food: food and +1 :c5gold: gold. +20% :c5strength: defensive bonus for units. Cities working at least one Siraya Village gain 1/3 of the city's :c5food: food output in :c5happy: happiness if they have a naval :trade: trade route departing the city. Does not stack. Cannot be built on hill tiles. Unlocked at traping.

Just so you (the modder of my dreams that does not exist) I will take anything... literally any civ.

Fryslan time! :D
Friesland(Pier Gerlofs Donia)
UA: Fryske Fryheid - Puppeted cities produce -50% :c5angry: unhappiness. Trade routes to internal cities produce :c5gold: gold.
UU: Skieringer - Replaces Great Merchant. Can culture bomb as well as conduct trade missions.
UI: Terp - Available at construction, the Terp provides the defensive bonus of the hill and the food bonus of a farm.

We need more cold war civs now:
Polish People's Republic
Boleslaw Bierut
UA: Rzeczpospolita Polska
+1 :c5production: Production and +5% :c5culture: Culture from :c5citizen: Specialists and is doubled upon adopting your first Ideologiy, gain a sum of :c5goldenage: Golden Age Points completing a :c5culture: Social Policy Tree or acquiring acquiring an Ideological Tenant.
UU: People's Troops (Infantry)
Slightly more expensive than the Great War Infantry it replaces, gains a 10% :c5strength: Combat Bonus for every adjacent People's Troops, starts off with the Drill I and Drill II Promotions
UB: Pewex (Market)
Slightly more expensive to produce than the Market it replaces, generates +1 :c5production: Production, +1 :c5goldenage: Golden Age Points, and +1 :c5culture: Culture and is increased for every Era after it construction.

We need more cold war civs now:

Shouldn't the UU replace infantry instead of great war infantry. GWI represents WWI infantry, while Infantry is WWII infantry. Comsidering that the Polish People's Republic didn't exist until after WWII, it doesn't really make sense to replace great war infantry.

GWI and Infantry are both the exact same units just with literally different nametags (I can call it GWI or just Infantry) I just use GWI because it sounds cooler but If its really that much of an issue I'll change it maybe?
