Customs Civilizations in the Hormigas Enhanced Map Pack?

I usually use the Play The World Extended map, but i'd prefer to play it with some custom civilizations. The problem is that even if the custom civilization is enabled in the mod section, it isn't in the advanced setup menu. Is there a way to use some additional civs in this map?
