Can someone create an app/mod that makes modding civ5 easier for amateur user?
As example, you create a windows app/civ5 mods that makes any user (even amateurs) to easily adds custom events to Sukritacts mods, or making quest and random events/choice, or add leaders/nations, and do some basic addons to civ5.
And you add another feature on it that lets you save and share your work, that which can be activated to civ5 along another similar mod. I think that would greatly increases the playability and story-bility of civ5, broaden the events/stories/adventures happening on civ5, while we wait for getting civ6 or civ7.
