Trade route redo for caravans and cargo ships

Is there a mod, or hotkey which orders the caravans/cargo ships to perform previous trade routes? When you have 7+ trade routes it's very tiring having to re-confirm each route over and over again from a long list.

Why would you just want to automate it without reviewing all your choice? A better choice may come up that offers more gold or you may want to switch to a production route instead of food

It could be useful, if I wanted to follow the previous trade route, let's say I didn't want to trade with civs, but only with city states and I wouldn't like to select them individually each time. Is there a command like that (follow prev trade route, or such mod)?
