Hello, I'm playing Rise of Mankind with A New Dawn epansion.
Well, I have some extra civs that Zappara provided plus some civs already default that I personally believe should stay minor forever, at least till they are destroyed/assimilated to fit a little better with history.
Anyway, how do I go about doing that?
I already can do that from scenarios/civ-placed maps with Notepad++ to make few civs to be minor-status. But I want to not have to resort to that because most of time I want to play with random map. And that doesn't give me an option to set a few civs to be minor permanently. So how do I go about doing it?
