Sound file for privateer blockade?

I've tried finding this in the forum and elsewhere, but no joy - does anyone know which sound file Privateers use when they are blockading? That "ching" sound, over and over and over and over and over...gets tedious and I'd like to turn just him off. I did find the "sounds" directories, but don't see one for the Privateers?
