Request Hoover Dam splash art

Is there anyone out there who wouldn't mind making a splash art of the Hoover Dam?

I have made the Hoover Dam into a wonder as a unique Hydro Plant and have been using a cartoon illustration for the icons (which looks "ok") and a real life picture for the splash screen.

As much as I am happy with the building, it obliviously doesn't look like it's apart of the game and I think a good art work would solve this. I can do basic stuff in CS4 but I have never been good enough to make something original.

Anyone out there interested? I will definitely give credit for the picture when I post the wonder on Steam.

Here are the pictures I am currently using for the icons and the splash. As you can see, the artwork could be much better and that's where I hope you come in :)

I'll post the Wonder on Steam at some point. However, I am currently playing around again with what I want the Hydro Plant to do. Right now it gives +4 production, gives a free hydro plant, and provides 1 engineer specialist slot. I play with the Community Balance Patch so I also made it mutually exclusive with hydro plants and wind plants and it isn't unlocked until Electronics (which imo shouldn't change for normal BNW). I was thinking that instead of the engineer specialist slot, maybe it would allow your internal trade routes that originate from the city the Hoover Dam is built in to transfer like +50% more production then they normally would OR maybe making it that all city connections to the city with the Hoover Dam (via roads/railroad) has a +10% production to buildings.

Either way, since you made the artwork I wouldn't mind hearing your thoughts on the function of the Hoover Dam. I wouldn't want you to feel that your time was wasted on something you wouldn't even use yourself.
 
I'd put at least the Engineer Slot and the Internal Trade Route Bonus. The extra Production feels excessive when you already get a free Hydro Plant...
 
I don't think it should be mutually exclusive to the Hydro Plant. Think about it, Great Lighthouse isn't mutually exclusive to the lighthouse, nor Great Library to the Library.
 
The problem is I want to make it work for CP. I need it mutually exclusive to the Wind Plant, which uses <MutuallyExclusiveGroup>4</MutuallyExclusiveGroup> to make sure you cant build an Hydro Plant and a Wind Plant in the same city (which would be broken as hell).

If I dont make it mutually exclusive you could build the Hoover Dam to work around this restriction, giving you both a Hydro Plant and a Wind Plant in the same city.

I am also ok with having it mutually exclusive to hydro plants because imo you cant build one and then "upgrade it" on next turn by working on the hoover dam. A 1 dam per city limit makes sense to me.

I dont know where <MutuallyExclusiveGroup>4</MutuallyExclusiveGroup> is defined and if I did, I might only be able to get it to work for me and not anyone else who uses CBP.

If anyone knows how, sure I can meet you half way and just make it mutually exclusive to the Wind Plant. But ATM, simply using <MutuallyExclusiveGroup>4</MutuallyExclusiveGroup> works for all using CBP and I dont think it would cause any problems for those not using CBP. Could be wrong on that though.

Couldn't a LUA script solve the problem?
 
Well first off, lets go with the production bonus to internal trade routes idea if that is what people want.

I see in CBP there is a social policy that does this called Iron Curtain, however I cant actually find the code that allows it to work. Anyone know where it is or know the LUA code to do this?
