Solar System Great Wonder

Hello,

I found an entry for Solar System Great Wonder in the Civilopedia but have never seen this in the game. Does anyone know what it is about and how to access it?

Sometimes there are slightly different civilopedia entries than what the thing is called, like Numidian Mercenary is Libyan Mercenary in the civilopedia. In this case, Solar System is Copernicus' Observatory.
