More Rushing! Flip the Zulu!

I know the Hour is late, but I want to get the People's opinion on this manuver:

Rushing the Temple in Pete.

Currently, it will take 25 turns to complete. Which gives it a cost of 100 Gold.

Alternately, we can wait 5 turns (80 Gold) or 10 turns (60 Gold).

Or we can just rest on Windurst's Culture. I doubt Swazi has a temple this soon, and also, if they do construct 1 before Pete gets 1 naturally, we won't be far behind.

Opinion! I want to poll this in 12 hours to make Turnchat.

Let see pete grows in 4 turns...we can wait that long, they will start building fast but it will still take awhile...so...

Anything except the 25 turns...but I think rush...

At present, we have only 1 natural Shield-producing Tile. And that's the current hills. So more people =/= more shields until we get a worker mining the area. And that would probably take more than 25 turns.

It's good to consider that the Mayor of Pete is considering a Rush.
 
I would prefer rushing a temple in Bentropolis as this is in greater danger of flipping to the Zulus. I've often seen the AI rush a temple to compete with our culture push, so I think we should do this sooner rather than later.
 
Unfortunately, at this time, the cost of that would be 240 Gold.

That's double the regular cost.

But... what if that was just a "Rush Change"? I mean, Zarn's going to change the build to a Temple, so perhaps if we wait 5 turns there, it might cost us 100 Gold instead of 200.
