We have 1 settler walking around in the east.

Let's decide where to put it.

We have 3 sites slated for development on the linked map.

We also have a suggestion for the Desert West of Pete, but nothing concrete there. So I've added a "Report to the Furuyama Naval Base" option. Also good if a site becomes "already taken".

If the "Naval Base" option is chosen, we can drop the Settler Pair off at Pete before voyaging...

I voted abstain, since I didn't particularly like any of the sites. Green is about to be taken by Babylon, anyway.
