Still have Settlers!

We have 1 settler, and a few places to put it, all frought with danger! (Well, not really, but still...)

Suggested locations thus far are the plains beyond Elippi, The Western Desert, The Eastern Jungle, and our old standbys of Roman Iron and Culture War.

We can also attach a Settler to one of the Galleys in hopes of survival and Colonization.

Take it west? It's nothing but deep sea out there! :eek:

Send it to the desert (doubt it'll make it in time)..

OR.... Put it on the galley, and send it for the furs! Fur colony!

A little clarification, if you could..

When we talk about sending the galley west, by west do you mean "north towards the furs" or actually, yknow, west? Because I think sending it north is a far better idea than shipping it off to some western as-yet-uknown location.

Welcome to the Demogame Ashburnham!

In this case, I believe that west means west into the great unknown in the hope that the suicide galley will safely cross the oceans and discover a new continent that still has space left where we can settle. Not unfortunately, north towards the furs, which sounds a much better idea to me too.

That wouldn't be the best of ideas. Most of the space by now is already colonized and the ones left over aren't that good. Besides building just one city there invites the natives to attack us.
