I'm making every resource I've ever made or hevily modified available here. Some of these will be used in the Final Fantasy mod, others will not, but are included because most fantasy (and even some non-fantasy) moders will be able to use them. I've made about half of these more or less entirely by myself (I cobbled graphics together from ToT, goodyhut graphics and other sources), some were more or less converted directly from ToT fantasy (with some serious editing to get it looking right in game), the undead and hobbit/halfling graphics were converted from the BIG Civ II city library found at CFC, the Kelp (and it's icons) is a pretty much direct conversion from SMAC, The Materia was made from some FF VII screenshots, the chocobos from a FFT screenshot, and the Dwarves & Relics came from Cassus Belli's resource compendium, but I've added Icon files for them. I've also made Pedia icons for these, but they just look like the graphics with the appropriate strategical resource background color (and slightly resized).

If anyone wants anything added, and/or can point me to where I could get the graphics, I'd be more than happy to add them to the list and update the files.

New Resources Added on a semi-regular basis. :)

UPDATE: Re-did all the pedia Icons and added a bunch of resources from Civ II Test of Time Sci-fi mode.

The Files

I've updated the files in the first post with some more resources. I kinda had to get a move on it with all those wonderful spiders that Kinboat released the other day. The three resources I've added are Giant Spiders (of course), which were for the most part taken directly from Cassus Belli's compendium. All I did was add some coccoons and clean up the image a bit.

The other two would be most useful for a good vs evil mod: and Infernal demon city of of the danged, and a Celestial citadel of the Heavenly Host. The demon city could be used as a resource for demonic units like Kinboats balrog, Embryodead's Chaos Beastman and Flesh Hound. The Angelic city could be used as a prereq for Kinboat's angels and maybe BlueO's Amazon Valkyrie. I made the Infernal city from some ashen looking mountain and the buildings from the Stygian cities from the Civ II ToT Fantasy Campaign. The angelic city was made from the Buteo Small Walled city graphics, LbPb's Jungle city graphics that he made quite a while ago, and some kind of nexus/portal from Cassus Belli's compendium.

Whatever you use them for, I hope you enjoy them. Additional suggestions/entries are welcome as well.

Well, I know this thread is old, but I just wanted to make you guys aware that I updated my fantasy resource list with Lizardmen and Dinosaurs. I'll aslo be adding a link to this thread in my Library. I hope someone can use these.

:hmm: it seems as if I had missed this thread the first time around. Thanks for bumping it. I might make some use of these.

Glad to see you guys like kit, but I've got some bad news. It seems that two of the icon files managed to slip past without being reduced to 256 color CivIII compliant palettes. The good side is that since I've had to update the file anyways, I decided to throw in all the other resources I've made thus far.

I'll try to see about posting an in-game (or at least in-editor) preview soon.

I believe that your kelp is taken from Alpha Centauri :borg:, in which it was used as a nutrient resource.

You gotta play it to know it. :)

Hey, guys, I updated the pack with improved icons and a whole new set of ToT resources converted from the Civ II Sci-Fi game.
