@JackA: IIRC one of the constitution articles (H maybe?) limits you to accepting only one nomination. So, you will not be able to run for both the Hairando and Northern provinces.

Why should you vote BlackHeart for governor of Northern Province
?
But no here's the real question: Who's the biggest threat to the Northern Province so far?
And now to answer myself...
Because BlackHeart would really make a good governor
The biggest external threat are the Zulu, they're blocking us off from our rightful manifest destiny. The biggest internal threat is Zarnia Province. Why Zarnia? Because they are the cultural center of Japanatica and this province should be it!
