Dragonfire: The 5th India-Pakistan War

Doesn't work. I get a funky 'not compatible file' error.

No it was too big so you need to copy it in.

re: all of these units...
T-55
T-72
T-90
Jihadi
Mughaedin
F-16
B-2
F-117
Anti-Tank Gunner
Heavy Machine Gunner
Bunker
Mig-27
SU-30
Super-7
Type-90 Khalid
M1A1
Bunker

we have to DL all of these? copy them over from one of the ptw and/or conquests folders?

you know, you can upload up to 100 MBs onto the site. thunderfall is very helpful in this process also.

if i were you, i'd pack together a Units folder within an Art folder for the scenario. granted, there are a few units but why not pack it all together?

Did you copy these units into the Dragonfire>Art>Units file from PTW>Art>extras>WWII?

Tiger II
T-34
Japanese Rifleman
German Heavy Machinegunner
German Anti-tank

The problem isn't the units, the error comes up in the 'select scenario' menu when I select it. The error happens before even being able to see the description of the scenario.

can we see pics

i got the following:
error reading file
missing entry in "text\pedialcons.txt" ANIMNAME_PRTO_Japanese Rifleman
the game will now exit.

i dont have the folder PTW>Art>extras>WWII? or even PTW>Art>extras>

maybe i deleted it when tinkering at some point, i dont know, lol. But please cam u include a graphics zip file? I know with the xcom beta scenario the author uploaded well over 50megs! im sure u can do i.

This scenario is usable. You take the files from the WWII folder, and place them into the units folder of your C3C arts/units folder. You copy the PRTO_yada yada text from the pediaicons text file and paste the whole lot into the same file of text, in the appropriate place for the units ANIM_PRTO stuff, in your C3C pediaicons text file. Then the scenario is fine enough to play. I hope this clears up all confusion for people. It is a great scenario, the terrorists at the start are really annoying though, but very accurate.

But nonetheless a useful bump...
