***PLEASE WRITE CLEAR AND CONCISE INSTRUCTIONS!!! THIS WILL PREVENT CONFUSION***

When posting instructions, don't post a whole bunch of links that I have to follow, only to find that there's MORE links I have to follow. This makes my computer rather cluttered, and creates confusion having to go through all of these windows. Also, please do not mix "read this poll" instructions within normal instructions. That's how I missed that one build queue (my vision isn't perfect - so, if I see instructions going vertically, I may miss something going horizontally that I'm not expecting). If you want to give special names to places like, "sea route", please indicate what that is. I don't want to have to search through 3+ threads and possibly hundreds of posts to find out what was meant by that. Also, *PLEASE POST IMAGES IN THE TURNCHAT THREAD!!!* That will cut down on the number of threads I have to open.
 
Research Monotheism next, if we get monotheism go for chivalry(or stop the chat, up to you), if we get both monotheism and chivalry stop the chat.
 
Osgiliath: market, library, barracks

Sto'vo'kor: courthouse, harbor
after 5 turns, switch unroaded desert to grassland by river (if worker actions have altered the terrain, reevaluate this option; it is intended to speed growth while the city governor adds the new citizen to the desert)

Windurst: courthouse, aqueduct

Pete: courthouse, marketplace
switch both hills and desert to 3 coast squares; after growth, try to get Pete to 2spt post-corruption (if not possible or practical, try to maximize growth, then income)

Bentropolis: courthouse, barracks

Suggested worker actions:
mine a couple of hills near Osgiliath
mine grassland near Sto'vo'kor
mine grassland and chop jungle near Windurst
mine grassland near Pete; if Pete has decent food and 2spt post-corruption, that is fine
Bentropolis isn't in urgent need of worker actions

New cities should start production on a courthouse, pikeman, or temple, up to the DP's discretion (it doesn't really matter because it won't finish this turnchat anyways)

If Swazi flips, have it produce workers (no specialists), as documented in this poll (don't bother looking there).
 
@Chieftess @ 3:24pm EST: These build queues are final. Feel free to do these 'offline' as allowed in the constitution.

Build Queues:
As peace with Babylon should be declared:
Epolenep: Library, Sword
Regent Town: Library, Worker, Worker, Aquaduct
Manchai: Harbor, Walls
Gerunshi: Barracks, Pike
Eridu: Walls, Barracks, Pike
New, Captured, or Culture Flipped towns: Temple, Walls

Build Queue Note: last TC the build queue for Manchai was not set resulting in a second worker being started instead of a harbor. No harm was done as no shields have been wasted at this point.

Laborer Relocation:
Eridu taxman should work the BG for +2 food, +1 spt.
An Epolenep Laborer should work the horse tile for +1 commerce

Suggested Worker Actions
The workers currently building a road near Regent Town should complete the road and then mine the tile. This should get Regent Town to 7 spt after corruption. Regent Town has plenty of food and needs more shields.
If possible, I would like a road built to Eridu and to Manchai.

Peace Note: we need to fight back culturally and then grow the cities and towns.
 
Building qeues:

Odawara: Pikeman (1) -> Swordsman (5) -> Horseman (5)

switch desert laborer to irrigated wheat floods;
switch flood laborer to irrigated flood
City will grow in 2 turns. Put newborn laborer on desert mine.
**Use Pike for garisson.

Shorin-Ryu: Sword (3) -> Pikeman (3) -> Horseman (3) -> Horseman (3)
**This pike has no special orders, he's free to go. (suggestion: garisson Eridu to free Elite Sword)

En'Gha: Pikeman (1) -> Swordsman (5) -> Horseman (5)
**Use Pike for garisson.

Workers:

- Mine (road) atleast 2 hills near En'Gha (preferably near river)

Sliders
Luxury: The Luxury Slider may be increased to 10% if:
A: A Luxury is Pillaged OR
B: At least two of these cities have goen into Disorder this TC and all Luxes are intact: Fanatikku(2), Epolenep, Zojoji, Odawara, Shorin-Ryu, Corrino, Osgiliath, En'gah, Sto'vo'kor, Windurst.

In other cases, use Specialists as dictated by the situation. (Low Growth = Taxman, High Growth = Clown.)

Science: Run Best Research at Non-Negative GPT. Check sliders every 3 Turns.

Purchases
The results of the Funding poll are tied between 40 and 20 Gold Retained. Since the other options all favor more spending, and many of these have 1-2 votes, then, the allocation instructions are: Allow all but 20 of our current Gold for Upgrades and Rushes.

This means that 180 Gold will be used for Upgrades and Rushes.

As for what to Upgrade:
Veteran Spearmen in Epolenep and Regent Town: Total of 60 Gold
Walls in Eridu: 20 Gold. (80 Currently)
Regular Spearmen in En'Gha, Corring, Shorin-Ryu, and Odawara: 100 Gold.

This exhausts the allotment.

Other Spearman upgrades may be made if there is a threat of an attack in 2 turns on that location, and we have at least 40 Gold in the Treasury.


Leaders
As per this poll, if we get 1 Leader, that Leader is to return to the nearest City not under threat and create an Army. Components of this Army to be specified by the War Ministry.

If we get a 2nd Leader, then Stop Chat.


Settlement and Exploration
As per this poll, return the Galley to the Western Coast and move into the Sealane SW of Pete.

Settler may be dropped off at Pete if the DP so desires. (Follow Purple Path if you wish to do this. Orange path is if you want to keep the settler aboard.)

Trade Department

As before, please check up on any trades on turn 5 for any profitable trades that would give us 60 or more gold. Please keep the monopoly on Feudalism and dont buy Monotheism.

I want all swordsman available to converge on Neapolis. Take the city at all costs. The wounded swordsman is to move to Eridu, and the full elite will relinquish him. Once the wounded swordsman is healed send him back to the front line, which will probably be Antium.

  • Send the veteran swordsman in Odawara to Neapolis to help in the battle.
  • The sworsmen that are going to heal at Odawara will march to Antium once they have been healed.
  • All new swordsmen will rendezvous at Odawara
  • If Neapolis isn't taken, then all new swordsmen will concentrate on it. RAZE NEAPOLIS TO THE GROUND
  • Should a Leader be obtained, and an army is made, put 3 elite swordsmen in it.

*NOTE: Start the attack on Neapolis when all swordsmen are in position, and start it with the Elite Swordsman as to match up against the elite spear.

I will be present at the TC, but should i take too long to answer (as i have much to do) proceed with the WOTP in the TC, or your best discretion.

Chat Log

This chat saw little action, as it was only 5 turns. We managed to raze Neapolis, and made peace with the Babylonians. We're about to attack Antium, and have just found some nice trading possibilities for Trade to look at next term.
