Vote for me, because I predict alot more time on my hands in the future, and I am the biggest hawk here. Even if you want peace, you should at least let a hawkish military man prepare for just in case, while your dove foreign minister does all the sweet talking.

I am a newbie to the military, but I have some small plans, mainly to build it up, so that we have a military ready aginst C3B is the need be, or aginst the other continant.

Of course out of made units, I think that the domestic advisor can pretty much move them where he sees fit, and have things done by popular vote.
But when war is near (which its not despite tensions), or when war is hear, you'll see me drawing precise plans.
