All the countries that were took last time (Such as Ottomans by KarlMarx) are reserved for those players.If those players don't claim their old countries by the time the NES starts...Positions will be handed out on a first come first serve basis.

I'll reclaim the Ottomans. Sorry Capulet, but there are plenty more empires to choose from.
